A specific moment captured in time, while being very much about the nature of change. When this card appears in a reading, it references the passing of time and all that entails. It is a card of age, of milestones, of past, present, and future. Though human life is punctuated with meaningful moments, this card reflects our relationship with time itself. The long hours, the spontaneous moments, the seconds that pass as we anticipate something new. It is a reminder to take notice of life in this moment, as much as a reminder to plan and to reflect.
