It seems as though I am always at a crossroad at any given moment in my life. Whether it’s a decision about dinner choices or about choosing between marriage and a career, every small and big choice are weighed in throughout my daily life. Sometimes these choices are thought out relentlessly, to the point of over-exertion. My contemplations and worries only increase exponentially over time. Even choosing a jacket to buy is stressful.
