Liquid Light is a relatively new project that is still very much in its infancy. After extensive development of light painting tools that are capable of full water submersion, this project is now being realized. Each of the images below are a single exposure, captured whilst I am under, or nearly under the water and waving the light painting tools above. The play of light with the water as it flings off the edge of the tool creates the most beautiful effects. There is a lot of development to come this summer (I am a too old and chicken to get into the water during winter), and I have some great new ideas to push this further.
