Posguerra Peru2013 by Fernando Bryce

Additionally to the series of Postwar Peru, Bryce embarked on a quest for vintage movie posters from 1945-48 once splattered across magazines and newspapers alike. Combining them in diptics, the movie flyers echo days of a different sort: epic tales, moral turmoil and political uncertainty, all filmed under the glinting lens that made movie magic. The artist interprets the heyday of these films propaganda with black ink on paper demonstrating his unique talent and interpretive ability.
