This is the 4th illustration to Lewis Carroll's "The Hunting of the Snark". The book contains nine illustrations by Henry Holidy (engraved by Joseph Swain). There is no evidence that it is made by Henry Holiday. The 4th illustration is one out of ten illustrations. But on the cover page of "The Hunting of the Snark" only nine illustrations are attributed to Henry Holiday.
