Bernard Meninsky (Konotop, July 25, 1891 - February 12, 1950) was a figurative artist, painter of figures and landscape in oils, watercolor and gouache, draftsman and teacher. He was an official war artist for the Ministry of Information during the First World War. Meninsky suffered from mental illness for much of his life and committed suicide in 1950.
