The "h.arta" group rented a place in Bucharest for an event in April 2008, during the NATO summit, while any public manifestation is strictly forbbiden, which led them to being subject to preventive surveillance and action from the police forces. As a consequence, the members of the group have applied anti-NATO messages on their bags and clothes and took a walk through the center of the city, not without being stalked by infiltrated agents among the civilian. The title makes allusion to "Electoral Meeting, 6 March 1975", a series of photos that Ion Grigorescu had secretly taken of the infiltrated agents among the meeting crowd.
